    1. The glass is ITO coated on one side. The coated side may be determined by holding the glass to the light. It will appear lightly opaque and may display a slight difference in color.

  2. What is the operating temperature range?

    1. The product is chemically stable under standard ambient conditions (room temperature). For cleaning, the recommended bath temperature is 80 deg. C. The optimum etching temperature is 55 deg. C. When using the appropriate photo/screen resist in patterning the recommended temperature is 175 deg. C.
