General description

PEG-conjugated to E.coli beta-glucuronidase.

Specificity

Clone AGP3 is a mouse monoclonal antibody with specificity for polyehtylene glycol backbone.

Application

Western Blotting Analysis: A represenative lot detected PEG in Western Blotting applications (Cheng, T.L., et. al. (2005). Bioconjug Chem. 16(5):1225-31).

ELISA Analysis: A represenative lot detected PEG in ELISA applications (Cheng, T.L., et. al. (2005). Bioconjug Chem. 16(5):1225-31).

Immunohistochemistry Analysis: A represenative lot detected PEG in Immunohistochemistry applications (Ton, N.C., et. al. (2007). Clin Cancer Res. 13(23):7113-8).

Quality

Evaluated by ELISA with immobilized Polyethylene Glycol (10K-PEG, 3K-PEG, and 2K-mPEG).

ELISA Analysis: 20 µg/mL of Polyethylene Glycol (PEG) (10K-PEG, 3K-PEG, and 2K-mPEG) were detected by this antibody.

Physical form

Purified mouse monoclonal antibody IgM in PBS with 0.04% sodium azide.

Storage and Stability

Stable for 1 year at 2-8°C from date of receipt.
