Giemsa stain is a versatile differential stain that is widely used in hematology for blood and bone marrow specimens, clinical cytology specimens, bacteriology, histological biopsies, and tumor samples. Giemsa’s staining solution is composed of methylene blue, azure, and eosin. It is a major histological stain due to its unique staining of chromatin, nuclear membranes, and cytoplasmic elements. The stain is frequently used in combination with other dye solutions: May-Grünwald’s solution for Pappenheim (MGG) and Wright-Giemsa.
Application
Giemsa stain has been used for the staining of cells and blood films.

6-thioguanine (6-TG), as a conventional "ancient" drug for the treatment of acute leukemia, has been proved to have extensive anti-tumor roles. This study was created to investigate the hidden function of 6-TG on the MCF-7 breast cancer cell line (ER+
Anaplasma marginale is an obligate intracellular bacterium and the main cause of bovine anaplasmosis in tropical and subtropical regions. In Egypt, data regarding the prevalence of A. marginale in ruminant hosts and of the circulating genotypes is lacking. This study
Sleep impacts diverse physiological and neural processes and is itself affected by the menstrual cycle; however, few studies have examined the effects of the estrous cycle on sleep in rodents. Studies of disease mechanisms in females therefore lack critical information

Today, many attempts have been collected in the field of tissue engineering for reconstitution of injured bone marrow capacity by transplantation of functional cell source. By having a three-dimensional condition, microcapsules are appropriate candidates for cells transplantation to target sites.
A number of clinical trials are underway to test whether mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are effective in treating various diseases, including type 1 diabetes. Although this cell therapy holds great promise, the optimal source of MSCs has yet to be
