General description

Anti-CD18, mouse monoclonal, clone IB4, recognizes the ~95 kDa β2 integrin subunit. It is validated for FC, IP, IHC on frozen sections, and cell inhibition assays.
Protein A purified mouse monoclonal antibody. Recognizes the ~95 kDa β2 integrin subunit (CD18).
Recognizes the ~95 kDa β2 integrin subunit. Blocks the binding of ICAM-1 and ICAM-3 to LFA-1.

Blocks the binding of ICAM-1 and ICAM-3 to LFA-1. FACS was performed on 5x105 cultured human HPB-MLT cells using anti-CD18 antibody at 5 µg/ml and FITC-conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG. This antibody is also reported to work for immunoprecipitation and frozen sections. Variables associated with assay conditions will dictate the proper working dilution.

Capillary malformation-arteriovenous malformation (CM-AVM) is a blood vascular anomaly caused by inherited loss-of-function mutations in RASA1 or EPHB4 genes, which encode p120 Ras GTPase-activating protein (p120 RasGAP/RASA1) and Ephrin receptor B4 (EPHB4). However, whether RASA1 and EPHB4 function in the
