General description

MAS-100 Atmos® Pressure tube is a PTFE tubing for compressed gas sampling connected via the pressure tube set.
The PTFE tube is 2m long and supplied with one 34mm tri-clamp adapter and silicone gasket on one end, fitting to the sampling head. The other end is connected using a universal 3/8′′ threaded female connector to enable gas supply.
One set of MAS-100 Atmos® Pressure Tube is included in the scope of delivery. The same set can be ordered as a separate accessory, if needed for back up e.g. while autoclaving.

Application

MAS-100 Atmos® Pressure tube is used for compressed gas sampling. The pressure tube kit is suitable to supply test gases from source to the test environment.

Other Notes

Steps to connect the MAS-100 Atmos® Pressure tube
  • Connect the end of the pressure connection tubing with the universal 3/8-inch connector (female) to the closed gas supply at the sampling location. The gas supply must be equipped with a male 3/8-inch connector to fit to the pressure connection tubing of MAS-100 Atmos®. Ensure the connection is secured and there is no possibility of a leak
  • Place the silicone gasket on top of the closed sampling head and fix the pressure connection tubing with the 34mm tri-clamp to the sampling head.
