Features and Benefits

Biotin-dPEG®11-lipoamide is designed to provide biotinylation of metallic (e.g., gold) surfaces for use in diverse life science and nanotechnology applications. The single molecular weight dPEG® spacer is 52.9 Å long. It is hydrophilic and non-immunogenic. The lipoic acid group forms two strong, stable dative bonds to metal surfaces per molecule.
