Application

123 bp DNA Ladder has been used as a size marker in random amplified polymorphic DNA-polymerase chain reaction (PCR) analysis. It has also been used as a molecular marker in gel electrophoresis.

Components

Sigma′s 123 bp DNA Ladder is provided in a solution of 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 50 mM NaCl, and 0.1 mM EDTA.
