Specificity

Laminin extracted and purified from mouse tumor tissues. Antibody shows less than 0.1% reactivity with mouse collagen Types I, II, and IV; rat collagen Types I, III, and V; rat and human elastin; mouse fibronectin and laminin by radioimmunoassay.

Immunogen

Laminin extracted and purified from EHC mouse tumor tissues.

Application

Anti-Laminin Antibody detects level of Laminin & has been published & validated for use in ELISA, RIA, IH.
IFA (with fluorescein anti-rabbit IgG conjugate) - use diluted at ≥ 1:80 on frozen mouse tissues (skin, liver, etc.).
IHC (paraffin) - use diluted at ≥ 1:500 on fixed, paraffin-embedded mouse tissues (skin, liver, etc). (immunoperoxidase technique with the Envision / Dako kit);
ELISA - use diluted at ≥ 1:200 (OD ≥ 500).
Optimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user.
