General description
His•Bind® purification kit includes pre-tested buffers specifically designed for IDA-based His•Bind Resin, enabling convenient and rapid one-step purification of proteins by metal affinity chromatography. It uses the His•Tag®/His•Bind® technology, that leverages the affinity between neighboring histidine in the His•Tag sequence and immobilized metal ions (such as Ni2+ or Co2+).
Application
His•Bind® Purification Kit has been used for: the purification of N-terminal 6-histidine-tagged aldehyde dehydrogenase isozyme, ALDH1A1 under nondenaturing conditions by nickel-NTA affinity chromatography, the purification of virus binding protein specific for Poliovirus Type 1, the purification of recombinant oE7, huhsp70 and oE7/huhsp70 proteins, to study the effective antitumor efficacy of human hsp70 and HPV16 oE7 fusion protein vaccine, the purification of recombinant exFPR1, MTBHsp70 and MTBHsp70-exFPR1 fusion proteins to study their role in cervical cancer immunotherapy
