General description
This Kit provides all the reagents required to run 5 plates, including a unique reagent that mimics steps in the SMC immunoassay, with an abbreviated workflow that both isolates and highlights the performance of your plate washer. We optimized this reagent to analyze both BioTek 405 TS and Tecan HydroFlex microplate washers and to read on both the SMCxPRO and Erenna immunoassay platforms
With TM=["SMC"] immunoassays reaching sensitivities in the femtogram/mL levels, it is important to ensure the highest performance of your plate washer for critical plate washing steps throughout the assay. Before running your precious samples, evaluate the performance of your plate washer using our TM=["SMC"] Plate Washer Evaluation Kit.
Application
- Five 96-well Assays Per Kit: Test on multiple washers or before and after plate washer maintenance
- Abbreviated Workflow: Execute your assay in approximately 1 hour
- Evaluates both the TM=["BioTek"] 405 TS and Tecan HydroFlex microplate washers
- Data analyzable on both the TM=["SMCxPRO"] and Erenna platforms
- Confirm optimal plate washer performance before evaluating your precious samples
