General description
Vanadium (V) is a grey to very dark grey transition metal known for its strength and corrosion resistance. It has a density of approximately 6.11 g/cm³ and is characterized by its ability to form various oxidation states, making it valuable in numerous chemical applications. Vanadium is primarily used in the production of high-strength steel alloys, as well as in catalysts for the production of sulfuric acid and in various electrochemical applications. Our high-purity vanadium powder, with a particle size of −325 mesh and a purity of 99.5% trace metals basis, is particularly beneficial for applications that require minimal impurities.
