General description
La fase quiral estacionaria en las columnas β-DEX contiene β-ciclodextrina permetilada embebida en una fase estacionaria de polaridad intermedia. Recomendada para la separación enantiomérica de una amplia gama de compuestos quirales (cetones, ésteres, alcanos, alquenos, alcoholes, ácidos, éteres, etc.). El 10% (b-DEX 110) y el 20% (b-DEX 120) de contenido de ß-cyclodextrina altera el orden de elución manteniendo una enantioselectividad similar.
Capillary GC column is also known as open tubular column. The carrier gas flows through the central aperture and is unrestricted throughout the length of the column.[1]
Application
β -DEX™ 120 chiral capillary column was used for the GC analysis of chiral Bis(oxazolinylmethyl)amine ligand.[2]
