General description

El suero se requiere principalmente como suplemento para los medios de cultivo celular. Contiene macromoléculas, proteínas transportadoras, factores de fijación y de propagación, nutrientes de bajo peso molecular y hormonas y factores de crecimiento.

Application

El suero humano se ha utilizado como suplemento en los medios de cultivo para monocitos. Se ha utilizado como control en la electroinmunotransferencia para estudiar la expresión de flightless I en suero.

Packaging

El embalaje puede variar para diferentes lotes debido a la escasez de las botellas utilizadas para embalar este producto. La presencia o falta de envoltura retráctil alrededor de la tapa de la botella no afecta a la integridad/esterilidad del producto.
