General description

An inexpensive disposable multi-purpose coring tool designed for simultaneous sample extraction, collection and storage in one operation. Suitably samples thin and soft substrates including filter paper, gels and dried blood on cards. Units can be autoclaved at 250°C for limited re-use.
Manual UniCore punch system for sample disc removal from FTA cards.

A cutting mat (also available separately: WHAWB100022) included in UniCore Punch Kits ensures clean sample cuts from FTA/FTA Elute Cards and extends the life time of the cutting tip (up to 500 punches).
