General description

ApopTag Stop/Wash Buffer is intended for use in labeling the 3′-OH ends of fragmented DNA during apoptotic cell detection. Qualified for use with Apoptag In Situ Apoptosis Detection Kits (Catalog Numbers: S7100, S7101, S7111 and S7165).

Materials Provided

Each bottle contains 20 ml of ApopTag Stop/Wash Buffer.

Application

Instructions for Use

Prepare Working Strength Stop/Wash Buffer by adding:

1 ml ApopTag Stop/Wash Buffer

34 ml dH2O

35 ml Total



This amount is sufficient to treat 5 slides in a coplin jar. Working Strength Stop/Wash Buffer may be prepared in advance and stored in a glass or plastic container at 4°C for up to one (1) year. Use a fresh aliquot for each experiment.



Working Strength Stop/Wash Buffer is ready for use at the "APPLY STOP/WASH BUFFER" protocol step in The Complete ApopTag Manual.



NOTE: Agitate for 15 seconds and incubate for 10 min. at room temperature to avoid precipitation.

Storage and Stability

Recommended Storage is -15°C to -25°C.
