Gene Information

mouse ... Il33(77125)

General description

IL-33 is a proinflammatory protein that shares structural and functional characteristics with the IL-1 cytokine family. It binds and signals through the IL-1RL1/ST2 receptor, leading to the activation of MAP kinases and NF-kappaB. IL-33 induces production of helper T-cell type 2 (TH2) cytokines, including IL-4, IL-5 and IL-13, and is a known mediator of many inflammation responses. Cat. No. ABF108, Anti-IL-33, is an affinity purified rabbit polyclonal antibody that recognizes epitopes in the C-terminal half of murine IL-33. Reactivity to rat or other species has not been tested.

Immunogen

Epitope: C-Terminal
His-tagged recombinant protein corresponding to the C-Terminal of mouse IL-33.

Application

Anti-IL-33 Antibody is an antibody against IL-33 for use in Western Blotting, Flow Cytometry.
Flow Cytometry Analysis: 0.25 µg of this antibody from a representative lot detected IL-33 in 1X10E6 monensin treated MEF1 cells.

The cardiovascular effects of pulmonary exposure to engineered nanomaterials (ENM) are poorly understood, and the reproductive consequences are even less understood. Inflammation remains the most frequently explored mechanism of ENM toxicity. However, the key mediators and steps between lung exposure

As an important member of the interleukin (IL)-1 family, IL‑33 plays a significant role in tumor progression. To explore this, we previously analyzed the association between IL‑33 expression and the prognosis of patients with glioma. However, the function of the
