General description

TSKgel DEAE-2SW columns are packed with 5μm porous spherical silica beads which are surface modified with a weak anion exchanger. They are used for the separation and analysis of nucleotides, nucleosides, peptides, small proteins and other biologically active molecules. A 2mm ID column is available for applications that are sample limited.
