General description

Rabbit polyclonal antibody supplied as diluted serum. Recognizes the ~27-30 kDa 20S proteasome core subunits (α5, α7, β1, β5i, and β7).
Recognizes the ~25-30 kDa 20S proteasome core subunits (α5, α7, β1, β5i, and β7) in human erythrocytes, HeLa cells and 3T3 cells.
This Anti-20S Proteasome Core Subunits Rabbit pAb is validated for use in Immunoblotting, Immunoprecipitation, Paraffin Sections for the detection of 20S Proteasome Core Subunits.
