Phosphatidylinositol 3,4,5-trisphosphate 5-phosphatase 1 (UniProt: Q92835; also known as EC:3.1.3.86, Inositol polyphosphate-5-phosphatase D, Inositol polyphosphate-5-phosphatase of 145 kDa, SIP-145, Phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate 5-phosphatase, SH2 domain-containing inositol 5′-phosphatase 1, SH2 domain-containing inositol phosphatase 1, SHIP-1, p150Ship, hp51CN) is encoded by the INPP5D (also known as SHIP, SHIP1) gene (Gene ID: 3635) in human. SHIP-1 is a phosphatidylinositol (PtdIns) phosphatase that specifically hydrolyzes PtdIns(3,4,5)P3 to produce PtdIns(3,4)P2, thereby negatively regulates the PI3K pathways. Its expression is observed in immune and hematopoietic cells. It is detected in about 74% of immature CD34+ cells. It is activated upon translocation to the sites of synthesis of PtdIns(3,4,5)P3 in the membrane. SHIP-1 acts as a negative regulator of B-cell antigen receptor signaling. It also serves as a negative regulator of myeloid cell proliferation/survival and chemotaxis, mast cell degranulation, immune cells homeostasis, integrin IIb/β3 signaling in platelets and JNK signaling in B-cells. Loss of SHIP1 activity is reported to cause myeloid lung consolidation and severe inflammation in the ileum. Its transient inhibition in cancer cell can lead to caspase-8 activation and apoptosis. Human SHIP-1 contains an N-terminal SH2 domain (aa 5-101) that mediates interactions with a large number of intracellular signaling proteins. It has three SH3-interacting motifs (aa 124-129, 969-974, 1040-1051) and two NPXY sequence motifs (aa 912-915 and 1019-1022) that are found in many tyrosine-phosphorylated proteins and are required for the specific binding of the PID domain. Three isoforms of SHIP-2 have been described that are produced by alternative splicing. This ZooMAb® recombinant monoclonal antibody, generated by our propriety technology, offers significantly enhanced specificity, affinity, reproducibility, and stability over conventional monoclonals. 外觀
Purified recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody IgG, lyophilized in PBS with 5% Trehalose, normal appearance a coarse or translucent resin. The PBS/trehalose components in the ZooMAb formulation can have the appearance of a semi-solid (bead like gel) after lyophilization. This is a normal phenomenon. Please follow the recommended reconstitution procedure in the data sheet to dissolve the semi-solid, bead-like, gel-appearing material. The resulting antibody solution is completely stable and functional as proven by full functional testing. Contains no biocide or preservatives, such as azide, or any animal by-products. Larger pack sizes provided as multiples of 25 µL.

Recommend storage of lyophilized product at 2-8°C; Before reconstitution, micro-centrifuge vials briefly to spin down material to bottom of the vial; Reconstitute each vial by adding 25 µL of filtered lab grade water or PBS; Reconstituted antibodies can be stored at 2-8°C, or -20°C for long term storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaws.
