卷心菜磷脂酶D(PLD)包含C2结构域和带HxKx4Dx6GSxN(HKD)基序的PLD超家族特异性保守区域(I–IV)。结构上是一种连接钙离子的桶状单体。
應用
在荧光标记脂质制备过程中,该酶已可用于制备氟硼吡咯-磷脂酰胆碱。
