一般說明

铜是人体必需的微量元素。含铜酶在铁和儿茶酚胺代谢、自由基清除以及血红蛋白、弹性蛋白和胶原的合成中起重要作用。铜主要存在于肝脏的铜蓝蛋白中。低水平的铜与智力迟钝、色素脱失、贫血、肌张力减退和骨骼的焦皮样改变有关。铜的水平是威尔森氏病、小红细胞性低色素性贫血和由于胶原合成减少导致的骨病等疾病的关键诊断指标。
