生化/生理作用

LCK (proto-oncogene) belongs to the Src family of kinase and is mainly expressed in T cells. It is important for T cell development and homeostasis. LCK is upregulated in acute and chronic leukemias, colorectal and prostate cancers.[1]

Tyrosine kinase that activates T-lymphocytes.
