Icilin是一种合成的冷却剂，调节人瞬时受体电位阳离子通道（TRPA1）。Icilin抑制瞬时受体电位阳离子通道亚家族M成员8（TRPM8）并调节钙释放。Icilin还抑制瞬时受体电位香草酸亚型3（TRPV3）。
應用
Icilin已被用作前腹膜内侧前视区（VMPO）神经元的冷却剂。
生化／生理作用
