應用

来自大鼠的干扰素-γ已被用于研究脂氧素A4和17(R)-消退素D1对培养的大鼠星形胶质细胞中脂多糖和干扰素-γ介导的肿瘤坏死因子释放的影响。在大鼠中,它已被用于处理INS-1细胞培养物以研究可将β-细胞复制或凋亡的频率转变为复制或凋亡比率的转化因子。

生化/生理作用

Ifng(干扰素-γ)在先天性和获得性免疫反应中可起重要作用,并有助于防御细菌、双态酵母和某些病毒的感染。它在大鼠栓塞性中风的缺血性损伤中被上调。在培养的大鼠肠粘膜微血管内皮细胞中,ifng负责诱导干扰素-α和干扰素-β的表达。

生物学活性是利用抗病毒检测体系对感染了EMC病毒的L-929细胞进行测量而得到的。

外觀
