乙酸酐是一种对金属有腐蚀性的酯化剂。它是一种无色液体,有强烈的醋味。它主要用于生产塑料、纤维、药物、染料和爆炸物等。
酰基化是甲硅烷基化的一种替代方法,能够通过羧酸或衍生物的作用将含由活性氢(-OH、-SH和-NH)组成的化合物转化成酯类、硫酯和酰胺。与卤化碳相邻的羰基有利于提高电子俘获检测器(ECD)响应。酰基化有几大优点:
