ProteoExtract®跨膜蛋白质提取试剂盒(TM-PEK)提供了无洗涤剂的新型化学方法,可从哺乳动物细胞和组织中温和有效地提取跨膜蛋白,例如GPCR。膜蛋白中富含的级分和大蛋白复合物与酶测定、非变性和基于SDS的凝胶电泳、蛋白质印迹和免疫沉淀直接兼容。富含的级分适用于胰蛋白酶凝胶内消化后基于质谱的分析。该试剂盒包含用于蛋白质依赖性优化的两种不同提取试剂、蛋白酶抑制剂混合物和用于处理二十个样品的适当缓冲液(每个样品2-5 x 106个细胞或25-50 mg组织)。
