Anti-ADORA2A Antibody detects endogenous levels of total ADORA2A protein.
Adenosinergic A2A receptor (ADORA2A) is a G-protein-coupled receptor and is expressed in the brain. It is located on human chromosome 22q11.23.
Immunogen
The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human ADORA2A.
Immunogen Range: 120-169
Biochem/physiol Actions
Activation of the adenosine A2a receptor (ADORA2A) prevents T-cell proliferation and production of pro-inflammatory cytokines. Mutations in adenosinergic A2A receptor (ADORA2A) controls the psychomotor vigilance and the effects of caffeine in NREM (non-rapid-eye movement) sleep.
