N-(Methoxysuccinyl)-Ala-Ala-Pro-Val-chloromethyl ketone acts as a competitive inhibitor of human leukocyte elastase (HLE).[1]
Irreversible inhibitor of human leukocyte[4] and neutrophil[5] elastase.
