General description
We are pleased to offer these products from BioIVT.
Monocytes are a subset of leukocytes, or white blood cells, found in peripheral blood and can migrate into tissue to differentiate into macrophages or myeloid lineage dendritic cells. CD14+ Monocytes are isolated from peripheral blood and separated from mononuclear cells via immunomagnetic separation.
Used for a variety of applications, monocytes are frequently utilized in drug discovery/development, assay validation/development, monocyte activation tests, and other immunology applications.
