Application
Palladium Standard for AAS can be used as a standard to determine the amount of palladium biosorbed by Chlorella vulgaris and Saccharomyces cerevisiae immobilized on silica gel from wastewater samples using graphite atomic absorption spectrophotometry (GFAAS).
Analysis Note
1 g/L Pd in 5% hydrochloric acid (contains HNO3 traces), prepared with high purity Pd metal, HCl, HNO3 and water
