General description

Trifluoperazine N-β-D-glucuronide is a urinary and blood metabolite of trifluoperazine, a typical antipsychotic used for treating schizophrenia. Trifluoperazine is also indicated for use in patients with agitation, severe anxiety, or behavioral problems. This Snap-N-Spike®; reference material is suitable for use as a hydrolysis control in mass spectrometry-based testing applications of trifluoperazine in clinical toxicology, forensic analysis, therapeutic drug monitoring, and urine drug testing.
