General description

Superdex Increase 200 is a column for high resolution gel filtration in small scale (mg) preparative purification and also for characterization and analysis of proteins with molecular weights between 10,000 and 600,000, such as aggregate analysis of antibodies, size-homegeneity analysis of membrane proteins, or protein-protein interactions. Pre-packed with small rigid agarose beads for high flow rates and pH stability.

Suitability

For both preparative and analytical purposes
Gel filtration for small-scale (25-500 mL) preparative purification.
Long term use: all commonly used aqueous buffers, up to 8 M urea, ionic and non-ionic detergents, up to 6M guanidine hydrochloride
