Application

p-Aminobenzamidine-Agarose (pABA) can be used as an affinity ligand to bind and remove serine proteases in addition to Ca2+-binding proteins. It has also been used in medical applications as a tool for the purification of non-protease proteins.

Suspension in 0.5 M NaCl containing preservative
