Do you happen to have any information on how long L-ascorbic acid remains stable at 37°C? Do you have any idea after how much time the full activity of this compound is lost?

While stability studies at 37°C have not been conducted, this product ships at ambient temperature and is fairly robust in the powder form. Solutions tend to degrade and lose activity fairly rapidly in the presence of oxygen and at alkaline pH.
