General description

Each unit of RM 8983 comprises a bottle containing approximately 4.5 g of silicon nitride powder.

Application

The Reference Material silicon nitride powder is intended for use as an analytical standard for determining nitrogen, oxygen, and carbon in silicon nitride powder using the high-temperature combustion method.
