Biochem/physiol Actions

Brazilin is a natural isoflavonoid red pigment with many biologic activities including neuroprotective, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antiproliferative, and antioxidant properties. Some of its activity is thought to be due to its regulation of the transcription factor NF-ΚB.
