TFM-4AS-1 is a potent SARM (Selective Androgen Receptor Modulator) and partial agonist of AR.

TFM-4AS-1 is a potent SARM (Selective Androgen Receptor Modulator). TFM-4AS-1 is a partial agonist of AR. The compound promotes the buildup of bone and muscle mass while having reduced effects on reproductive organs and sebaceous glands. The compound also is an inhibitor of rat 5 α-reductase enzymes type I (2 nM) and type 2 (3 nM).
