Application
This Standard Reference Material (SRM) is intended for use in evaluating or calibrating spectrometric methods for analyzing Ni-Cr-Co alloys with similar compositions.
Features and Benefits
- The NIST-certified mass fraction values for 14 constituents are reported on an as-received basis and are estimated using a Gaussian random effects model and the DerSimonian-Laird procedure.
- Accompanied with Reference Mass Fraction Values for elements and Information Mass Fraction Value for tantalum.
- Expiration details, instructions for handling, storage and use are provided on the NIST certificate.
