DEAE Sepharose is a weak anion exchange chromatography resin (medium).
Thyroglobulin (MW 669 000) 2 mg/ml, HSA (MW 68 000) 170 mg/ml, alpha-lactalbumin (MW 14 300) 150 mg/ml
