General description

IgGs are glycoprotein antibodies that modulate several immune responses. Rabbit IgGs against target proteins are often used as primary antibodies in various research applications. Thus, secondary anti-rabbit IgGs conjugated to a detectable substrate are useful tools for the analysis of target proteins. Anti-Rabbit IgG (whole molecule)-Biotin antibody is specific for rabbit IgGs. IgG antibody plays a crucial role in humoral immune responses such as placental transport, complement activation, phagocytosis and cell surface-receptor binding.

Immunogen

Purified rabbit IgG

Application

Anti-Rabbit IgG (whole molecule)-Biotin antibody is suitable for use in western blot using extracellular matrix protein extracts from the bone marrow of mice. The product can also be used for direct ELISA (1:20,000).
Anti-rabbit IgG (whole molecule)–biotin antibody can be used in enfragment analysis to visualize native GFP protein in stem cell tumours. This antibody can also be used in western blotting and immunohistochemistry. Further this can be used as a secondary antibody in quantified immunocytochemistry experiments. Anti-rabbit IgG (whole molecule)–biotin antibody reacts specifically with all rabbit immunoglobulins.

Solution in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, containing 1% bovine serum albumin and 15 mM sodium azide

ATP-binding cassette transporter A7 (ABCA7) is highly expressed in the brain. Recent genome-wide association studies (GWAS) have identified ABCA7 single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) that increase Alzheimer's disease (AD) risk, however, the mechanisms by which ABCA7 may control AD risk remain

Conditionally active forms of the Raf proteins (Raf-1, B-Raf, and A-Raf) were created by ligating NH2-terminal truncated activated forms (Delta) to the estrogen receptor (ER) hormone-binding domain resulting in estradiol-regulated constructs (DeltaRaf:ER). These different Raf:ER oncoproteins were introduced into the

Prior reports suggest a link between gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) and gastrointestinal function. The aim of the study was to prospectively investigate women subjected to in vitro fertilization (IVF) using the GnRH analog buserelin, taking into account gastrointestinal symptoms and antibody
