Pur-A-Lyzer dialysis tube kits are easy-to-use devices in a screw-cap tube format and are disposable. They contain a dual dialysis membrane window for buffer exchange. Samples are added and removed using a standard laboratory pipette and come in 4 different versions to accommodate a range of sample volumes.

The Pur-A-Lyzer Dialysis Tube allows rapid, high performance extraction of macromolecules without contamination. It is ideal for purification of proteins, automated protein sequencing, peptide mapping and amino acid analysis.
