Western blot: 1:1,000 using ECL. The antibody reacts with proteins of ~120 kDa. Preferred gel percentage is 7.5%. Suggested blocking buffer is PBS containing 5% non-fat milk. Suggested dilution buffer is PBS containing 1% non-fat milk.

Immunoprecipitation: 5 μL to 1 mL of cell extract. Preferred tissue/cell lysis buffer is RIPA. Suggested incubation time is 2-4 hours. Suggested capture agent is Protein A.

Optimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user.

Rabbit serum. Liquid.

Storage and Stability

Maintain at -20°C in undiluted aliquots for up to 12 months after date of receipt. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
