Specificity
Specific for alpha5 integrin as determined by Western blotting.
Immunogen
Recombinant fragment of mouse alpha5 integrin (Holers et al. 1989) corresponding to amino acid residues 655-880 of the human protein (Argraves 1987). This region of the molecule is extracellular and is included in the heavy chain (120 kDa).
Application
Detect Integrin α5 using this Anti-Integrin α5 Antibody validated for use in ELISA, WB, IH.
ELISA.
Western blotting: (The antigen should be separated in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions
and does not react with non-reduced sample.): 1:5,000.
Immunohistochemistry/Immunofluorescence: 1:1,000.
Optimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user.
