General description

An excellent tool for the synthesis of head-to-tail cyclic peptides by Fmoc SPPS [1]. The 2-PhiPr group can be selectively removed on the resin with 1% TFA in DCM in the presence of the standard t-butyl-based side-chain protecting groups.
