General description

Cadusafos is a nematicide used in controlling nematodes, soil insects and cutworms in a variety of fruits and vegetables. Its mode of action involves the inhibition of acetylcholinesterase.

Application

Cadusafos may be used as a reference standard in the determination of cadusafos in Radix astragali plant using microwave-assisted extraction (MAE) and dispersive solid-phase extraction (D-SFE) with gas chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry (GC-MS).
