P3X63Ag8.653 is a non-Ig-secreting or synthesising subclone of P3X63.Ag8. Comparable to other myeloma lines used for fusions relating to growth properties, fusion frequency and stability of resulting hybrids.

Application

Fusion partner, growth factors and tumourigenicity studies

Culture Medium

RPMI 1640 + 2mM Glutamine + 10-20% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).

Subculture Routine

Maintain cultures between 3-5x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C.
