Recognizes the ~140-45 kDa Tie2 protein.
This Anti-Tie2 Mouse mAb (Ab33) is validated for use in Frozen Sections, Immunoblotting, Immunoprecipitation, Paraffin Sections for the detection of Tie2.

Other Notes

For frozen sections, tissues were treated with Triton-X-100 detergent. This antibody has also been reported to work for immunoprecipitation. Variables associated with assay conditions will dictate the proper working dilution.
