ETS1 (E26 transformation specific sequence 1) is a proto‐oncogene. It is a member of the family of ETS transcriptional factors. ETS1 is usually expressed in lymphoid cells. This gene is mapped to human chromosome 11q24.
Immunogen
The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human ETS1 around the phosphorylation site of Thr38.
Immunogen Range: 11-60
Biochem/physiol Actions
ETS1 (E26 transformation specific sequence 1) participates in Pol ι‐mediated progression of ESCC (esophageal squamous cell carcinoma). This gene controls cancer cell invasion, metastasis and EMT (epithelial to mesenchymal transition). ETS1 also plays important roles in the lymphocyte development, function, apoptosis and inflammation.
