General description

GL 45 screw cap with either two or three ports that have GL 14 thread. This is a flexible modular system which has four different hose diameters available: 1.6 mm, 3.0 mm, 3.2 mm and 6.0 mm that can be connected.

Sterile pressure equalization is possible through use of membrane filter.

  1. what is the cap size? 50mm?

    1. The diameter is 54 mm and the height is 43.7 mm.

  2. Is the connection cap system airtight? Purpose: soil anaerobic incubations in glass bottles and measurement of the produced CO2. The screw cap should have 3 ports: 2 with tubes for gas transfer, 1 port closed with a septum. Is this possible?

    1. Unfortunately, these products are not listed as airtight and are not tested as such.
