General description

VTSNTR is Valutek's spunlace non-woven wiper, is made from a hydro-entangled nonwoven blend consisting of 55% cellulose and 45% polyester.

This composite substrate brings together the excellent absorbent characteristics of a natural fiber with the cleanliness and strength of a synthetic yarn, resulting in a material with minimal levels of particulate and extractable counts.

Every Valutek wipers undergo laundering and packaging within a cleanroom environment. Furthermore, all Valutek wipers are thoroughly tested and produced in ISO-compliant facilities, subject to Valutek's inspection and rigorous process control measures to uphold Valutek's quality standards and product specifications.

Product Application:

Valutek classifies this product as "Macrotek" in terms of cleanliness level, and recommends it to use for  cleanroom Class 10,000+ (ISO 7+) critical environment. It is specifically engineered for critical processing applications where the highest level of contamination control is essential.

The spunlace non-woven wiper is often referred to as the "multi-tasking" or "grunt" wipe due to its versatility.

It serves as a highly absorbent wiper suitable for general-purpose cleaning in environmental and facility settings. However, it is not recommended for direct contact with products.

  • Each wiper is carefully packaged in double poly bags, vacuum-sealed, flat-packed inside carton boxes, and includes a carton liner for added protection.
